Shipping & Returns Policy

We aim to make shipping simple, fast, and transparent—so you always know what to expect. From our warehouse to your bedroom, we provide clear timelines and straightforward logistics to ensure your journey to better sleep is seamless.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • United States (Contiguous): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. (Please note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories).
  • United Kingdom: We offer Free Standard Shipping across the UK. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • European Union (EU): We offer Free Standard Shipping to all EU member states. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Non-EU Europe (e.g., Switzerland, Norway): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Note: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Australia: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific postcode and order weight. We ship from our East Coast warehouses.
    • East Coast Metro: 3–7 business days.
    • Perth & Western Australia: 7–12 business days.
    • Regional & Remote Areas: 10–14 business days.

Delivery Details

P.O. Boxes: Due to the substantial size and weight of the Somnus system, we require a physical residential or business address. Most couriers cannot fulfill deliveries to P.O. Boxes; using one may result in significant delays or the package being returned to our warehouse.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please reach out to us at hey@somnuslab.com with your order details within 7 days.


Risk-Free 30-Night Trial

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason the Somnus system isn't the right fit for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Your trial begins the day you receive your product. We want you to have ample time to experience Somnus Lab in your own sleeping environment.
  • If you are not completely comfortable within the first 30 nights, please reach out to us. Our support team will work closely with you to optimize your setup and address any questions.
  • If we are unable to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will arrange for the product’s return and issue a full refund of your purchase price.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Customer Support: Before returning any item, please email us at hey@somnuslab.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

2. Obtain Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return authorization along with instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as this may delay or prevent processing of your return.

Return Requirements

Condition & Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition close to how they were received. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its function, a deduction for depreciation may be applied.

Return Location: Returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered. Returns initiated from a different country will not be eligible.

Return Shipping Fees

  • USA (Contiguous), UK, and EU: Free Returns. Somnus Lab covers all return shipping costs for customers within these regions.
  • Australia & Non-EU Europe: Return shipping rates are determined by your specific postcode and logistical distance. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. This process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Any refund will be issued back through the same original payment method. Please note that the exact timing for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime before they are shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it must be handled as a return according to the policy above.
